Casey Wold is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Peakstone Realty Trust.

Casey founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Vanderbilt Office Properties, a real estate investment and management company, since 2014. From 2004 to 2014, Casey served as Senior Managing Director of Tishman Speyer, an international real estate company, and was a member of its Investment and Management committees. From 1995 to 2002, Casey served as President of TrizecHahn Office Properties, from 2002 to 2004 as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Trizec Properties when this U.S. subsidiary went public in 2002, and Executive Vice President and the head of the US Acquisition Group for Equity Office Properties from 1987 to 1995.

Casey received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. He has previously served on the boards of Trizec Properties (NYSE) and Captivate Networks, Inc. and most recently with CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE), serving on the Governance and Compensation Committees.

Gregory Cazel is an Independent Trustee of Peakstone Realty Trust.

Greg is a Regional Loan Originator for Lument Capital, formerly known as Hunt Real Estate Capital, in Chicago, and President of Midwest Residential Partners, LLC, a private real estate investment firm Greg formed in 2008. Greg previously served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets division of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, in Chicago, an Executive Vice President and Principal of A10 Capital, the Midwest Regional Director for Real Estate Disposition Corp., LLC; and held various positions at Prairie Realty Advisors, Inc., Dexia Real Estate Capital Markets Company and JP Morgan Mortgage Capital. Greg has extensive commercial mortgage and real estate finance experience and several years of experience as a director of REITs.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts and Sciences College, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance, from the University of Illinois.

Carrie DeWees is an Independent Trustee of Peakstone Realty Trust.

Carrie served as a Managing Principal of Allstate Investments from 2011 to April 2023 where she managed an approximately $800 million commercial real estate portfolio including industrial, multi-family, retail, office and self-storage assets. Carrie also served as Director of Asset Management of Allstate’s direct $1.0 billion portfolio from 2012 to 2021. Prior to joining Allstate, Carrie spent the majority of her career working for real estate investment advisors including JMB Realty, Heitman, Henderson Global Investors and American Realty Advisors. At those firms she held positions in acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, portfolio management and investor relations.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Real Estate/Finance and is a registered certified public accountant.

Samuel Tang is an Independent Trustee of Peakstone Realty Trust.

Sam is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of TriGuard Management LLC and Montauk TriGuard Management Inc. Previously, Sam was a Managing Director, Equities, at Pacific Life Insurance Company, a Managing Partner at The Shidler Group, a Manager in Real Estate Consulting at KPMG Peat Marwick Main and a Senior Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Young. Sam has extensive private equity and real estate experience.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California and Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is on the boards of several private equity fund advisory, corporate and charitable entities.
